Why do you want to port forward? You don't forward by Service, rather by IP and Port number.

The IP points to the IP address of your computer. The port number is the port you will be using for you BitTorrent client.

If you cant just forward by port number, and HAVE to forward by service, then you have to create your own custom service. There should be a way to do that in the router if its forcing you to forward by service. Create a new service called utorrent and tell it to use the ports that your utorrent software is using. Then forward that service to your ip address.
