WHY does my wifi connection switch t an unidentified access or network?
Im on windows 7 with a VAIO. for example im using the normal wifi network i would connect to but eventually in a hour or two, the connectionn just stops, and when i look at my services list, my home icon for the wifi has switched to a bench saying unidentified acess or network. i disconnect and reconnect to fix it usually, but i want t to stop altogether, please help!!!

Disconnecting means that your wireless drivers or access point firmware are not up to date. it could also mean you have your wireless profile to look for a more suitable access point. Uncheck that box when you see it under your wireless profile properties.
