Move the router or the whole computer. Sometimes ur house phone or microwave can interrupt the signal of a router.so the computer is near the kitchen or next to a house phone then move it. Also make sure the router is in an open space for the signal to transmit better

It may be your modem, or you internet service. Full bars means you are connecting to the network fine. Try connecting the Ethernet cable into your computer directly, bypassing the router and see if you still have issue.

Video is "How to be a wifi ninja"
It has some good tips about improving your connection
Like, noise might be your issue, so try changing your wifi channel, if there's lots of people around you on the same channel, it can be a problem.

its not the router its the internet that you have..

Have you ever noticed that when you log into a internet provider website they have different prices well the higher the price the faster the internet is

its probably not your router its just the speed of internet that you have you probably need to purchase faster internet

make sure that the router is high and not cluttered
change the channel from the default channel 6 to anything else - channels 1 and 11 are first picks
sometimes just moving the router over a foot or so will make all the difference in the world
Although it considered line of sight - a lot of the signal is the bounce around
Its just a radio always remember
