What is the difference between LCD TV and LCD monitor?
I want to purchase a LCD TV/LCD Monitor for my PC. Which should I purchase - LCD TV or LCD monitor. Is LCD TV harmful for eyes as compared to LCD Monitor? Which is the best one?

An Lcd monitor is usually smaller (17 to 30 inch) and have a higher resolution then lcd tv. An lcd tv have the ability to decode tv signals and it's usually way bigger in size (30 to 50 - or even over 100 inch)

A MONITOR does not have a built in tuner...

That's the ONLY difference between the same model...

They are great if you know you'll be connected to Satellite or Cable and using their HD Set top boxes for the next 10 - 15 years.

If you're unsure, get the TV.
If it was harmful to the eyes, do you think they would be allowed to sell it?
