how can i limit printer usage in windows server 2003?
I have 50 computers, 1 server, serving 4 printers.
All users connect to one domain, same account.
I want to limit the print count to 50 pages for all users on all printers.
All printers are the same.

specs:
windows server 2003
windows xp pro sp2
hp 9050n

The answer to your question is "no". There are no integrate system printing services within Windows XP that will enable you to limit how many time an end user can print. What you need is a third party printing utility that will provide this functionality. You can try to google the words "windows server printing quota" to find more info.

Here's a link that I've found that might help.
http://print-quota.qarchive.org/

Also, another thought would be to limit who will have printing permission. Just a thought.
