How do I install windows vista with a usb drive?
I want to install windows vista because windows xp is crap. I try to start a game it takes forever to start up then everything freezes and I get a blue screen. I restart and it happens all over again. So all the ways I've looked at say after going to cmd and typing in the commands I need to copy all the files from my disk over to my usb drive. When I restart my computer I get a message that says "disk error press any key to restart". Is there any other way to to this?

windows vista and windows 7 installing is same.
You need the windows 7/vista usb/ dvd download tool that you can get from this site:
http://download.cnet.com/Windows-7-USB-D...72600.html

Then, you need to go to your BIOS and change the main boot drive to your USB and install it from there

This is very long process. I suggest you to see this video for complete guide.
