Remove it with Malwarebytes:
http://majorgeeks.com/download5756.html (-under downloads click any location-)

Install it on the infected machine, check for updates, than full scan.
Chances are you have more infections. Malwarebytes should be able to detect them.

PS: To the poster below Malwarebytes Anti-Malware actually does remove all files and registry keys known to be associated with "Personal Antivirus" as a standalone app.

Follow this simple procedure:
http://www.pcthreat.com/parasitebyid-7813en.html

Almost all "general purpose","all-in one" spyware and virus removal programs such as AVG Anti-virus, Norton, McAfee or Spybot S & D cannot remove it, as you may have already found out

First go and scan your PC with the bitdefender online scanner, here: http://www.bitdefender.com/PRODUCT-14-en...ition.html . Now you're safe!

I used smitfraudfix guys. It is simple and free to use and it works. http://www.spyware-techie.com/personal-a...val-guide/

You will have to boot into safe mode to do it for it to work.
