Hello F,

Yes, Malwarebytes' will work after the free 14 day trial is over, But it will not have the active IP blocker and active File Protection. Only way to keep that is purchase the Pro Version. It's only $24.95 US for a Lifetime license, you Never have to renew it. And it is tranferable to another computer if your present computer would happen to crash

In some rare cases, there have been reports of the trial version still giving alerts of ending after it has in fact already ended. In these cases, mbam-clean.exe was used to completely remove Mbam and then re-install Mbam, declining the trial, fixes this issue

If you decide to just keep the Free verison, Mbam updates sometimes as much as 10 times @ Day, so keep it updated and do Quick scans several times a week

Any questions you have about Mbam can be asked at the Mbam Forum here

NOTE: In my opinion Avast Free and Mbam Pro, makes the perfect combination
